Trying to watch Netflix on the road

I'm going to be on the road this weekend, and I was hoping to be able to watch Netflix movies through my Verizon 3G connection (unlimited data). I've never tried it this way, so I don't know if the experience is going to be choppy or smooth. I should be on the Interstate most of the way, so I should have good connection coverage.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Are you on the road/driving (passenger only) while you're watching it?

you should be fine, Netflix runs like a dream on the iPhone. Be sure to have enough juice on your cel phone.

Normally give the phone to the kids to watch their shows when traveling.

You may see some jerkiness at times as you are handed off from one tower to another. verizon has its best coverage along interstates. Back highways, not so much.
