I noticed the other day the 'Upload Photos to iCloud' option on my iPhone 13 is toggled on. I usually keep this option off as I don't want every photo I take to upload; I don't need to synch things like screenshots, pictures of a price tag in a shop, etc. When I have pictures I do want to upload, I toggle it on.
When I saw it was on, I toggled it off, and a dialog box opened with the following options: Remove from iPhone - Download Photos & Videos - Cancel. If I select 'cancel,' the switch toggles back on. I'd really prefer not to remove my pictures from my phone. Is there a workaround for this?
