Unable to foraward pics or contacts back up via email in iphone 4s IOS 6.1.2

Dear All,

I am unable to forward any pic via Mail while viewing photos and even cant send my contacts back via email, by clicking on send by email. It does take action as a window of email pops up and shout down.

I can only attach pictures my my mail is open in iphone 4s IOS 6.1.2

So please help me to rectify same.
