Unable to move icons to another page

hi,

I have Iphone 4 with IOS 6.1.2 jailbreaked with Evasi0n tool. It is working fine for everything but I'm getting one issue from staring the day one I jailbreaked it.

When I try to move one icon from one page to another page my phone gets hanged and I need to always hard restart my phone by pressing Home + Power button. This occurs everytime when I hold any icon, all icons gets dancing and then I try to move icon to other page it hangs.

Please help me as I m unable to install any themes perfectly becoz some themes need icons to be moved to other screen to make blank space on homescreen.
