uninstall problem

Dears,
when I download an app. by my Installus app. after jail breaking my iphone

there is no prolem in the downloading & the installing on the iphone directly,

but after connecting with my PC through the i tunes program, the i tunes remove the installation only of all app. downloaded by Installus app.during synchronizing & keep the source of the app.
