Your phone should be factory unlock. Thus you do not need to unlock it, just jailbreak and start making phone calls sms and whatever you want.

well before i cut up my sim card put it in and it registered as " not a valid sim" in itunes =/ and i bought it from my friend so if it was unlocked its not anymore

I'm not sure if there is a unlock for that baseband. You got to google to find out.

so can i just downgrade to 4.3.1 then unlock? and if so im tryign to save my ISHSHItt now but the thing is i cant email it obviously....
so does that save on cydia?

Your question is not clear to me. You want to downgrade from 4.3.2 to 4.3.1 right? Yes it's feasable if you have saved your 4.3.1 shsh when that iOS was present in your phone, if you didn't save the shsh the time you were having 4.3.1 in your phone i think that you will not be able to downgrade.
But i undertake that your have saved you shsh and that you are able to downgrade to 4.3.1 and even so, you will have to install that app from cydia to unlock your 4.3.1 shsh won't help you to have your phone unlock i think but help u to downgrade only.
