unlocking a telia phone to work on vodafone in uk

hi not sure if this is in the right section but can i jailbreak unlock my iphone 4 that is currently on the telia Sweden network and then make it work in the uk on any network?

i just brought the iphone 4 on ebay and it says it is locked to telia sweden but i am in the uk and want to use it in the uk on my vodaphone sim.

if this would work what jailbreak should i use ect?

There is no software unlock for the iPhone 4 that's on a baseband that's not 01.59.00. Your best bet is to try to find an IMEI unlock for about 30£ or so. But, I'm not sure if you can with Vodafone, you can try to contact Vodafone and se if they're willing to unlock it for you for a small fee
