Unlocking iphone 4 locked to rogers

I need help from anybody out there, need to unlock this iphone i bought locked to rogers, willing to pay for the unlock, but not the $130 US offers i'm getting, i know this is a long shot but is there anybody who can and will help?

The only other way to unlock an iPhone with a SIM is to use an interposer such as the Gevey or GPP. Whatever the cost is for an IMEI on 3rd party sites, that's the global cost of it. If you find it significantly cheaper (in terms of over $5-10) it's a scam

If your phone is still under contract, you're still legally obligated to make your monthly payments even if you get it unlocked and activate it with another carrier.
