Hello Guys, I want to know how can I upgrade my IPhone 4s from IOS 5.0.1 TO IOS 5.1.1. It's possible??

You can use redsn0w's "re-restore" feature... ONLY if you have SHSH's (blobs) saved for 5.1.1 from your 4S.
