help i have been reinstalling viber app
on my iphone 4 since i can not hear voice
from the other line, but theycan hear my side..
pls somebody help ... thank ypu

@bebe4515 - Does this happen on every single call or just with a specific contact?
Is you device jailbroken?
Do you use WiFi or 3G?
Does speaker mode work?

Please make sure all your volume settings are at maximum.

hello it happens all the time, till now
i have to use ear phones just to hear voice
calls from the other party..
pls help..
yes the speaker mode is working..
im using wifi ..
my phone is ios5...

You are a member of viber development team?

Then please know that viber in ios 5.0.1 is a nightmare. Buggy and crashes a lot. In need of a fix

As mentioned above, a new version of Viber (2.1.4) has just been released to AppStore. It contains many bug fixes and should make the Viber experience on iOS devices overall much smoother and convenient


Try it out, and let us know if you still experience problems.

Hi John B,

Im using 4S and it its not been jailbroken. Ive been reinstalling my viber as well since after sometime it doesnt open at all and causing other apps not to open to. And when i delete it and reinstall it other apps are now working. This is just my observation im not really sure if its really connected with the problem.
