Visual Voicemail

I can't seem to check my voicemail after I setup the greeting and everything. I go to voicemail and it says there are no voicemails but under my messages it says there are.

There was a problem in my area with voice mail...I wasn't getting any notifications that I had any...call Verizon and keep on them...they got it straightened out for me.

nope went to two verizon's i guess i'll have to go to apple or get a new one.

Now that is frustrating... Will they let you switch for another phone?

got it! went to a verizon where they actually knew what they were doing. It was something with my account for some reason. You got to go to verizons where theirs alot of techs not just one or two that sit around all day and tell you to do the same thing.
