Vlingo

Used to use this all the time to send text messages. But since I upgraded up iPhone 5 (wife took over iPhone 4).
I have not used since I have Siri. But was showing to wife and can't get it yo work on either phone.

It acts like not connecting to contacts. It always says "No Match". If this feature (connect with contacts) got turned off. How do I turn back on?

Could this be conflict with iOS 6?

Any. suggestions.

When I use Viber it asks to use my contacts and if I don't say yes, it won't match them up. In settings>privacy>contacts, there is a slider to have that service on or off. I don't know if Vlingo works the same though.

Vlingo? Is that still around and with IOS 6 why bother?

To answer your question, remember, you build the app to the OS, not the other way around. With Voice Recognition as good as it is on the iPhone I'd just stop using Vlingo.

iPhone 5 doesn't have any other way to fixate messages. Or if it goes I can't find it. On iOS 6.
