Wallpaper from cydia not showing

I've downloaded some wallpapers from Cydia and for some reason they don't show up in my wallpaper or camera roll under settings. They are in the wallpaper directory. Would like to figure this out so I can use them. Probably something simple but I don't know the answer. Thanks for your help.

Is it a winterboard wallpaper?

No it is not. I looked under winterboard just to make sure and it is not there either. I am on iPhone4 with 5.1.1 if that makes a difference.

One thing I just noticed is there is no thumbnail file of the wallpaper like all the others. Could that be causing it not to show up?

Try removing it then reinstall it. Sometimes in the extra information of the package, you can view the image like you were browsing your photos then save it. I have done that once and it worked but haven't tried since. Maybe it'll work?
