We’ve started drinking Pedialyte Advanced when working outside and Body Armor Lite
just because of the potassium & electrolytes it has.

Down here 'Pedialyte' runs about $30 a bottle ( $15 USD) and is only in pharmacies 'sometimes'. Even my Gatorade 'Low Sugar' or 'No Sugar' are rare so yes, I hoard when I find![emoji3166]

Good Lord! That is ridiculously EXPENSIVE Here….The Pedialyte Advanced is $5 per bottle here. I like the Cherry Punch [emoji39]
But still expensive….I get the Coconut Water
Body Armor by the case from Amazon.
Like .98 per bottle. And I HATE Gatorade [emoji21]
But in the heat…These drinks are essential.
