Yes, Theres a lot of conflicting information out there but also a lot of helpful advice, Its basically stepping up on fruit and veg, adding nuts to the diet, Almonds and Walnuts are especially good for Cholesterol, Oats are good, Add Raisins and Sultanas to porridge, Thats really nice and healthy, Seeds are good too and can be added to lots of things, Olive Oil is another thing that is good for the heart, Also good for Arthritis, you can replace your normal cooking oil with Olive Oil.
Its never too late to start either.
 
Laying in bed wondering what time the fireworks are going to stop, Hate the damned things, This is the tenth night in a row.
