I've been going to the doctor every week since the injury. I've got physiotherapy starting next week. The shoulder hasn't improved much in the last couple of weeks.

Doing a bit of head scratching, All of a sudden my larder fridge thinks its a freezer.
Some of the coolers at the grocery store I work at are like that. Yogurt on the shelf will sometimes freeze solid.

The full bottle of tonic in there is frozen solid and some small bottles of J20, There was ice in the milk and I got a bag of fresh carrots out of the salad box and they were frozen solid, The temperature dial wasn't up high either, I wonder if the thermostat has gone haywire?
Could be. You might want to have it checked out.

Well its over eleven years old so not worth spending money on, A new one might be on the cards.
I have a fridge that's over 50 years old and it still works great.
