What are you doing right NOW??? ;)

Mine said it would need 45 minutes. The update finished after about 25 minutes. Hopefully yours won't take that long either.
It completed successfully but I'm not sure how long it took as I was away from my computer for several hours.

Been out for the day, Relaxing now before tea.
It was very cold and damp with a low laying mist so glad to be back home in the warmth.

The doctor thinks it could be arthritis. He gave me a prescription to help with the pain and swelling and I'm off work for 2 days to let the knee rest.
One of the things that helped mine was losing a bit of weight......Easier said than done I know, Keeping it from creeping back on isn't easy either.

Losing weight makes for less strain on the joints. I know what you mean about creeping weight gain.

I managed to lose about two stones (Don't know how I stuck to it though) in 2012, By the end of 2012 I weighed 8st 8lbs and looked too thin, I was weighed on Sunday at the hospital and I'm 9st 4lbs so not bad in four years.
My knees feel better for it, My problem is my sweet tooth so I try to limit treats to the weekends, I cheat sometimes but on the whole I stick to it.

My jeans are my way of knowing if I put on weight.
