Quite possibly. I certainly don't find the forum to be sleep inducing.

It works lots better if you put it in night mode so the screen get real dark and easier on your eyes.
I have that on always and my eyes like it.

Up till the 1970's there were air raid sirens in Regina, which were tested every so often. Is this what you're listening to?

No, these are the sirens of our volunteer fire brigades. They are tested every Saturday at noon.

They also function as civil protection alarm in case of catastrophes.
