It's passed in front of my house every year for the last 26 years. The arts festival starts today and runs till Saturday.

Have you ever used the ones with a built in camera that take a photo at their greatest altitude.

My cousin, who is much older than me, used to build and launch them when I was very small, he grew up to be a nuclear physicist (Ph.D. And all). Glad people still do this!!!
