I thought it was only the modern X86 Intel processors with a potential for AMD's based on pre-fetch operations. I didn't realize Apple's A chips had a similar design

There was a time when a lawsuit was a last resort when all attempts at a negotiated settlement had failed. Now people launch a lawsuit before the basic facts of the case are known.
