Using Safari with the new software (iPadOS 15) - noticing what has changed, getting used to the new features.

Just reported some feedback to Apple regarding a ‘bug’ in iOS15 Public Beta 2.
I found that when adding ‘Speak Text’ to a Shortcut Automation I don’t get the option to use Siri as a voice, in fact it defaults to ‘Daniel’ every time.
