What color case looks best with white iphone?

I have a lime green & white Otterbox Commuter case. I don't feel it's too bulky at all. I love it. looks good on the white phone.

Does the back get scratched?

I've had it since release day and haven't gotten any scratches. The bumper is wide enough that the face and back don't touch surfaces when you lay the phone down.

The biggest thing to make sure of is that you don't keep your phone and keys in the same pocket. That's pretty much the only thing that'll scratch the glass.

To go along with the case question, how do you remove a slider style case from the white iPhone? I have to pull like H to get mine to even budge plus it can take me 20 minutes to remove a slider. Any help or suggestions along with your case color and style?
