Where did my apps go?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, and if someone just wants to link me to the appropriate thread I will not be offended. I just jailbroke my iPhone 4S, it went fine. It took forever to back up in iTunes, but my contacts, photos, etc came back. Everything but my apps. Do I really have to sync them one by one via iTunes?

Jailbreaking does not touch any of the files that are already on the device. Unless you restored, your apps should not have been removed. If you did restore, yes, you will need to resync all your apps.

Well I restored my phone, but that's okay. Didn't take that long to bring them back. I didn't have that many.
