Why does winterboard show up iPhone spotlight search?

I am trying to figure out if my iPhone has been hacked. I was wondering how to tell if it has. This winterboard app show up in the spotlight search as a top hit. If it has been hacked can they remotely access my webcam and stuff? Anyone know? Thanks.
