Wifi problems

I'm having problems connecting my iPhone 4s to the router at my house. It worked before, but my roommate had to reset the router, and now I think I am locked out. Every time I connect and open a browser I get a "Cisco: Internet Blocked" page. However, my girlfriend who is sitting right next to me can connect fine. As well as both of our laptops connect fine. I have done just about everything. Reboot, reset the network settings, airplane mode, tried resetting the network/password.

I'm beginning to think my roommate locked me out. Is this possible? Suggestions? I've asked my roommate and I keep getting an "I have no idea what that is answer"

have you tried changing you dns settings on phone i rember when connecting to a web page it would not let me but changing the dns to googles one apeared ok after that just a thought
