I have windows 7 running on my laptop. iTunes will not recognise my 4a and freezes. However the 4s is recognised as a camera on the laptop. I had. I problem like this with my iPhone 4. Have deleted all apple/iTunes and then re installed. So reset the 4s all to. O avail. Does anyone have any ideas ( the Guru in my apple store. Could not find a fix)

Hi yes, latest version. I also followed the apple advice about deleting and re downloading the apple items on my laptop such as bonjour etc but no go.
