Winterboard not working.

I download a theme and everything works except the background on the home screen. The background stays as the normal blue swirl background. The lock screen, and slider work but not the home screen wallpaper. How can I fix this?

Also, some themes make double names for my folders and app names, one right under the other. How can I fix this as well?

Not all themes include wallpapers, you might have to ask the theme creator which wallpaper they are using.

That's what I thought but the screen shots show a wallpaper. It's happened on the last 5 I have downloaded. It's frustrating.
