wrong apple id in app store??

so when I navigate to the app store thru settings, it shows me signed in on my @me adress. but when I open up the app store app, and go to do the update that it's calling for, for a certain app. The apple id is my @yahoo adress. is there something I am missing?

Whatever you downloaded used your yahoo address.

yeah, I am painfully learning all of this now. I wanted to consolidate everything to one apple id, but I guess I can't... so now I have multiple apps on multiple id's to worry about hahahahaha. arghhhhh
