That is what I chose. I chose the SETTING icon. From there I chose Photos in that menu all I see is what I previously wrote in here.

Well. The reason why you're not finding the settings is because the iPod touch doesn't offer the feature natively. Try true HDR in the app store. Sorry about telling you that before I thought of something totally different.

I don't know for me I am amazed that the pictures I take on iPhone are almost as good as my nikon p90 with 12 megapixel
But also once u zoom in the camera is crap.

I totally agree.

I do have Tru HDR Znow. but, still not as good as my original iPhones pictures.
