I am on ios6 with my iPhone 3GS I want to jailbreak and unlock it, I have jail broken other Older ios iPhones before, could some please tell me my options for this one please, much appreciaited...

iOS 6 jailbreak is only a tethered one, meaning you'll need RedSn0w to boot up your device every time you reboot or turn off and on your device (respringing is okay). You can unlock it using UltraSn0w still, as long as you have the proper baseband to do so.

Cydia should be installed already when you jailbreak your device. Make sure you're using the latest method of jailbreaking iOS 6 with RedSn0w 0.9.15

I did but I had to downgrade from baseband 6.15.00 to 5.16.07 but ultrasnow cant.unlock that? W ha t now
