App for highlighting and editing notes

Hi hoping someone can help me out. I'm wondering if there is a free app that will let me highlight words or sentences in a note. I have to keep a list of different things and it's become hard to find certain things within the note. I'd like to be able to highlight the subject so it's easier to see it apart from the rest of the information. Thank you all!!

You can use evernotes to do stuff like that with your notes on your iPhone, here I load some screenshots for you:

Also with awesome notes you will be able to arrange your notes and even give stars to them and many various ways to easily locate your most important notes.
