App that disables the screen lock?

Is there an app that disables the screen lock when the phone goes to sleep? Android's No Lock does this, saving multiple unlocks every few minutes....

Go to general> password lock/ enter your password and then turn off "password lock"

Are you looking for a way to go straight to your springboard when waking your phone up? If so... there's tweaks available via Cydia, but you must be Jailbroke.

Tweaks are best for this custom setting. It can be found in Cydia but you have to jailbreak.
