Apple Announces the White iPhone 4 Will Be Available from Thursday April 28

Apple has today announced that the white iPhone 4 will be available from the beginning of tomorrow, Thursday April 28, from Apple’s online store, Apple retail stores, AT&T and Verizon Wireless stores, and select Apple Resellers. It’s been a long, long wait, with many false starts and a few false ends, but now the wait is almost over, and it appears to have moved Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, to these almost poetic words of welcome for the newest addition to the iPhone family:

“The white iPhone 4 has finally arrived and it’s beautiful. We appreciate everyone who has waited patiently while we’ve worked to get every detail right.”

The white iPhone 4 will be available from Thursday, April 28, in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and the US. Yay.
