Apps Crashing

Hi, I have and iPhone 3GS that has been jail broken and I have a problem-
Sometimes, when I open an application it looks to be loading and then just crashes. It shrinks down and goes back to my home page.
I've tried rebooting and respringing, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't!
It's usually my social apps and ones that need to access 3G or wifi to work-
I've cleared up background processes and all that jazz- Im just not sure how to fix it.
Help?

What was the last thing you installed before the problem started happening?
At times, sometimes that are installed will interfere with other apps. For example: Since I don't the an iPhone 4S, I decided to put that jailbroken version of SIRI on my iPhone4...it caused the facebook app to not work (and a couple of others)...once it was removed, those apps started working again.
