what happens if i have a issue with my phone and have to take it to apple? how do i unjailbreak?

all you have to do is restore your phone back to factory settings if you have to take the phone into apple

Every time you open Cydia it will load the data. It's refreshing the sources and packages.

its not like that as now it seems to simply return to home screen no matter how many times I try to load it n it will not be successful. As I faced this issue I tried to update my version of iPhone to 3.13 and guess what now it simply revert back to the veru vexing screen of emergency call and even I try to use balckrain to JB it had prompts such as ASL.dll is not found. What is all going wrong?
