In settings go to general and choose keyboard, than international keyboards, there you can select the 5row keyboard as your default.
if that's what you mean...

I doweloaded the 5-row QWERTY Keyboard, but it doesn't show up in settings, keyboard, international. Would really like to figure this out.

5-row keyboard is not compatible with iOS 5 ATM. No word on when it will be...

You might want to take a look at iKeywi. Its a pretty similar paid tweak, though it doesn't (yet) do landscape.

Anyone know how long *vendors* usually take to respond to Cydia/Saurik? The two tweaks/apps I want most (Missed Reminder and Vibrafications) are both not available for purchase until the vendors confirms they are compatible with my ios version.

It is really just an email they need from the vendor? I emailed both vendors but haven't heard anything back yet. Should I even really expect to?
