Camera flash

Some cases can have this same negative effect while using the flash. As for fuzzy pics in low light where the flash is not used might be something in the digital camera world known as noise. I have seen this with my iPhone 4. In low light yet not low enough to trigger the flash the pics often look grainy. This is when I pull out a flash light with a diffuser on the lens. The pics turn out much better.

Ok I discovered that the reason that my pictures taken with the flash on are blurry and wayyyyyyyy to light is because I had my finger too close to the flash.
