Can you update to iOS 5.0.1 without a computer?

My son has an iPhone 4S, he is presently working in Sydney and has no access to a home computer, I would like to know if you can update the firware without a computer?

Yes. He only needs Wifi to update from 5.0 to 5.0.1.
