cant change location service status

in settings under "location service" i see the ON/OFF button but i cant push it and change his status ,none of the buttons..
somebody knows how to fix it?

Try a reboot. Hold the lock and home buttons until you see the apple logo... (about 10 seconds)

Restoring the iOS will cure that issue.

i have jail broked iphone.. you know about an app that will backup everything and when i'll launch it again my phone will be exactly the same?

iTunes will back up everything except the jailbreak stuff. Pkg backup is about the best your going to get for backing up your jailbreak...

i managed to fix it.. under settings-->general-->Reset All Settings.
