iPhone SE 4 to Feature Notch Instead of Dynamic Island
Apple’s upcoming iPhone SE 4 will reportedly feature a notch similar to the iPhone 14, rather than adopting the Dynamic Island, according to display analyst Ross Young. This aligns with earlier rumors positioning the iPhone SE 4 as a low-cost model based on the iPhone 14. According to Young, the iPhone SE 4 will include a notch that mirrors the one found in the iPhone 14. This stands in contrast to a recent leak by well-known leaker Evan Blass, who shared images of an iPhone SE 4 design featuring the Dynamic Island.
Modernizing the iPhone SE: A Leap Into 2025

With this model, all iPhones will exclusively use Face ID for biometric authentication. The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to feature a 6.1-inch display, a single-lens rear camera, and Apple’s latest A17 Pro chip. The device will also reportedly include 8GB of RAM, positioning it as a highly capable budget-friendly option. With these updates, the iPhone SE 4 will also support Apple’s advancements in AI, including integrations with Apple Intelligence.
Current rumors suggest that the iPhone SE 4 will debut in Spring 2025, likely in April. This aligns with Apple’s typical release patterns for the SE series.
