can't update my iphone4, need help urgent

Hallo guys, i am updating my iphone4 to ios5.0.1, but all of sudden it stopped and its showing nothing....... and now its been switched off..

what should i do now ?????

This is what happened exactly,

I connected my iphone to my laptop to update my ios 5.1, everything is alright it downloaded the software & then my phone was switched off for a while but all of sudden an error message came saying ' your iphone cant update' & it was just like this now


now i cant access my phone, i dont know what went wrong, so please give me some suggestions.....
