Changing statusbar icon colors?

Hello,

Recently I've seen a video on youtube where the statusbar icons had different colors: wifi and signal icon in blue and battery icon in green.
I've searched everywhere with no success. Does anyone know how to change this? Theme/winterboard or specific cydia tweak?
