Charging Problem

I got my 4s a week ago and love it, but I've noticed that in the morning when I get up and it has been on the charger all night , it doesn't say 100%. It will usually be at 96% or so but if I reboot, it says 100% when it comes back on. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I have seen this too, I don't reboot, just plug it back in

I unplug and plug it back in and it still stays at the wrong percentage. And this morning, even rebooting didn't help.
