I did everything you said, step by step, and my SIM appears to be working, though connection breaks up from time to time, and wi-fi is also not stable.

Oh, yeah, the phone is working which is of course the main part.
Do you know how do I get iMessage to work? This partly was the reason why I decided to upgrade from 5.1.1. to 6.1

iMessages should be working on both iOS since it was introduced from iOS 5 IIRC. Check to see if data and MMS is working, if not, you'll need to change your APN Settings to match those of your carrier's

After I installed LocationHolic Fixer 1.0 I lost my Cellular and need to go all over again.
I thought the program will help me fix the problem of losing wifi connection

As for now I lose my Cellular every time after I reboot the device, despite the fact that Evasi0n made it untethered. No luck.
Maybe I shouldn't install ultrasnow fixer 6.1. Is Ultrasn0w enough? Is fixer really needed?

I did the whole Restore process from the beginning in iTunes, but still after I reboot the device I lose Cellular Service. No matter that UltraSn0w and UltraSn0w fixer for iOS 6.1 are installed.
What's wrong?

And one more detail - SMS is not working either. I can only call.

UltraSn0w by default does not support iOS 6, which is why there's the need for the Fixer. I'll look into the matter.

Update:

- cellular connection breaks up every two minutes for about 10-15 seconds.
- iPhone usually shows that wi-fi is connected, but when you actually wanted to use it, like safari, mail, navigator, app store, it disappears right away. It took me 25 minutes (and about the same amount of tries) to buy 3Mb app using 7Mb/s home wifi connection.
- location services are not very accurate (comparison to what I had on iOS 5.1.1.)
- battery is dying like crazy. The device can shut down even it has more than 40% of battery!
- and as I've already said before - Text Messaging and iMessage is not working, even-though it shows that it is activated. And again - I can not rebot the device - this way I will lose unlock function and to every bad aspect I described above I will even lose the call function.

P.S.: right now I don't want to rely on the device, so I use cheap old LG as a phone, and iPhone only to watch videos and listen to music while I'm out.
