Cydia help plz

Hi I'm trying to use tweaks and themes on my iPhone 3GS which is running 4.1 but it keeps saying this when I press install.....

The requests modification cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed.

I have only just had this phone jailbroken and all I have on it is ultrasn0w can any1 help me out I ain't got a clue what to do.

maybe the tweak you are trying to install is not compatible with 3gs iPhones or with your version of iOS.

Ok it's fine on 3GS my mate has got same phone his is on 4.0 and mines on 4.1... It's not just A few tweaks it's nearly them all. I'm confused
