Damaged face on iphone4

My iphone4's face has been badly damaged so that it cannot be used - the phone is still working. Can the glass be replaced or repaired?

Yes it can. I'm not sure where you are from but there are a lot of iPhone repair shops in the US and some are web based so you may be able to mail it from anywhere.
