In your screenshot I see iTunes, iTunes should not be opened at all while downgrading a 4S, everything is done through Redsn0w.

Then I was trying to restore it because it had the connect to iTunes phrase on it so I updated it to 5.1.1 n that's what it told me but the I click in the remote restore it fetches the blobs n then it goes to the apple logo like its bout to restore but don't do anything

Do not try to restore to 5.0.1 in iTunes.

You must downgrade through redsn0w.

Make sure that you select your 5.0.1(9A405) SHSH and make sure the iPSW you have is for an iPhone 4S at 5.0.1(9A405).

Best thing to do at this point would be to do a fresh restore in iTunes to 5.1.1, setup as new iPhone and then follow the downgrade method. Make sure you jailbreak before restoring from backup.
