Flash problem

Hi,
I bought a new IPHONE 4 white couple of months back from Singapore i stay in Bangalore.Im facing problem with the camera the thing is when i take a snap with the flash ON the pic is not clear its somewhat milky there is some problem with the flash i guess.i didn't find any setting to change it. Can u please give me a solution for this. As it is in a warranty period can i exchange my IPHONE with new one. If so can i exchange in the apple store which is in Bangalore or will i have to go back to Singapore to do it.

This is a KNOWN issue with all white iPhone 4. Either switch to black or get an iPhone 4S which reduces the issue but doesn't remove it. Also a case that has very narrow opening for the flash make this issue worse.

BTW a simple forum or google search would have gotten you that answer in about 1 second.
