Front camera disables shutter camera

My IPhone 4 has a peculiar problem, if I don't use the front camera its OK but if I try to use it or face time program it disables my shutter from opening up. The only way to restore it is to delete the ISO software and reinstalling it.
Has anyone have this problem? I was told its a motherboard problem???

Yeah, i was having these kinda issue with my previous iPhone 4. But factory restoring the iPhone was enough to fix up all the mess in my iPhone. I should mention here that i was having a jailbroken iPhone 4, and i was very much in messing up system files. If you are not having a ail broken iPhone 4 and you are having that issue and even after factory restoring it, then take it to the Apple store for assistance.
