How do I delete photos from my albums?

Hi. I copied over a few to many photos in my photo albums and would like to delete a few of them. How can I do this?

FYI: They are NOT in the Camera Roll on the iPhone.

One of 2 ways....

1. you can remove some photos out of the folders that are being synced.

2. You can un-check a few folders in itunes and not sync them.

All the folders in the iphone besides the camera roll have too be edited buy your pc and then re-synced.
